I'm not limiting this sentence to the English language.

"a social mechanism, phenomenon, or category created and developed by society; a perception of an individual, group, or idea that is 'constructed' through cultural or social practice"

Ok, the act of being circumcised is a social construct. So is getting your hair cut, wearing clothes, eating with utensils, holding a door open for someone, and on and on and on.

I had no choice in getting my dick snipped. But I liked the end result so I had it done to my son. Very simple.

But you go ahead and turn it into something much bigger if it helps you deal with having an ugly penis.

Thinking it's ok to do is the social construct part. Seriously. And the fact that other social constructs exist doesn't mean that circumcision is any more acceptable. Language is a social construct. So is racism. At least you're not hiding behind outdated medical reasons anymore though so that's a start.

Also advocating against circumcision =/= uncircumcised

Nah, that was part of the decision too. And they are not outdated. You're the one hiding behind the "don't hurt the baby!" crowd. I mean this nothing like mutilating a baby girl by removing her clitoris.

Who are you addressing here? I'm circumcised and so, apparently, is Frownland.

They are entirely outdated because these days we have, like, basic hygiene standards and the ability to achieve them easily so...ja it's incredibly outdated.

Seriously man, take a step back, put your cock in your pants and think about it for a minute and you'll realize it's entirely ****ing absurd. Remember, Yawheh doesn't exist so there's no need to please him by CHOPPING. OFF. PART. OF. YOUR. GOD. DAMNED. DICK.

I made a bad assumption then.

Frown: What part of "it looks better and chicks dig it better" are you not getting?
