Wouldn't the cumming insinuate that she enjoyed it?

No, not necessarily.

Now on the other hand... is it still rape if she gets on top?

Umm, ok, how is opposing abortion not Conservative? Conservatism is reactionary, meaning it seeks to maintain the society's values, and this nation certainly has a long, long history of opposition to abortion being a popular moral sentiment. Then there's the whole cluster**** of where, in the federal constitution, a right to abortion is found.

This is basically rule laywering. The broader description could have been "Why do we still have idiots like this on the planet" and the intended meaning wouldn't have changed one bit.

Read what is said and/or clearly intended instead of bitching about phrasing. The reason it targeted the conservatives was because they're the most vocal supporting group, and idiots like this are less common in other demographics, therefore it would have made little sense to make such a broad statement given the topic at hand is already a specific group of conservatives.

But of course, I'm wasting my time explaining this to you.

I concur with Guitar Bizzare. Hip hop whatever your name is you're avoiding intelligent discussion by circling around it.

I think all Hip Hop was saying was why would you NOT expect to find idiots like this in the conservatives? I don't think he's being pedantic when you specifically said the point of the thread was Republican attitudes. Do you mean why aren't they further evolved than you'd like them to be?

Only the poor. The rich would just fly off to Switzerland and have an abortion.

Then why did you mention republicans & conservatives? Bitching about these groups opposing abortion is akin to complaining about Stalinists supporting centrally planned economys.

Scarlett O'Hara 09-17-2012 05:10 PM

Not a word, all I hear is circling.

What intelligent conversation did you expect to occur? The OP includes links to two wikipedia articles, one of which simply reports on a liberal meme. Further, you seem to be entirely ignorant of the fact that opposition to abortion isn't limited to Republicans (link)...

Really, the entire point of this thread seems to be "people who disagree with me on the issue of abortion are idiots". Is that how you expect an intelligent discussion to begin?

Scarlett O'Hara 09-23-2012 06:27 AM

But why can't I use the Republicans as an example? They are the most vocal about it, that's why I picked on them. Obviously there are exceptions.
