Porn is just the next level.
To be frank, I really wish I could say the same. I know the feeling, it's just I've not found it to be a shared one

What I do like is the fact that despite watching it the only real object of your affection remains your partner, which to me indicates that there's no real harm in what you are doing.

I get annoyed with how dirty and shameful most cultures have made sex. It's a vital part of human - actually make that any creature's - existence. It should be celebrated. There would be a lot less dysfunction if it were.

Personally, I support porn. Most days I have my girl...when we are apart I have porn. Guys have to relieve the tension regularly. I see no issue with it.

Ahh good ol' southeast Asia. I remember many a trip across the bridge to JB for some bootlegged porn VCD's. And gum.
But do you know why porn stars love attention? Because a lot of them come from broken homes, sexual abuse and no father figure in their life.

Or they just wanna get ****ed and get paid for it. All the negative stigma associated with it comes from outdated social standards and christian doctrine.

Millions of women do pornography, i don't think they all **** on camera because they didn't have father figures.

^ Yup. Nothing wrong with that at all in my opinion.

Yes people like to watch other people fucking and even imagine themselves being involved.

But if there's one thing that will put you off porn forever it's the probability that you are watching two (or more) HIV-positive adults screwing and perhaps even infecting each other. Yes AIDS is a big problem in the porn industry and makes it all the less appealing. Think about that the next time you're jerking off.

Looking at the first of your sources, the wikipedia link, I found the following information :

The system seemed to be effective, with very few AIDS cases among porn actors. Marc Wallice, a known IV drug user, tested HIV positive in 1998, sending shockwaves throughout the industry.
I also found this :

As Paloma said, surely this isn't the case for everyone. Even so, what difference does it make? Granted, I feel bad for anyone who is in a position they don't want to be in but if getting attention from millions of guys who find a girl to be attractive and ****able fulfills a need and makes them happy, who are we to argue with that?

So I gotta ask... Do you watch porn? It's easy to take the moral highground or play devils advocate (maybe not the devil in this case?), but I find it very rare for a guy to not use some kind of aid when jerkin it.

Basically how I feel about what you said is the same way I feel when people point out the horrors of the meat industry. Do I feel bad about it? Yes, but it's not going to stop me from enjoying a steak. Plus, what tore said.

If streaming pornography was a mix martial art I would be a 4th degree black belt by now.

When you start having a weird pseudo-relationship with 2d females who you admire for their ability to get semen sprayed in their face you know your truly an emotionally distant shell of a person

Porn's great!

But in all seriousness folks, moderation. I used to think I was addicted for a short while, but then all of my friends had more free time to hang out and such. I realized then that it was boredom.
