I don't know..about that? The riots that erupted in Brixton, London in 1981 were some of the worst the UK and the world has ever seen.

Riots display human beings acting at their worst are usually the result of political or social turmoil.

This is "Not a Good Sign" considering the times. I sincerely hope there is nothing to it myself
