Yes, they may deserve it but the reality of the situation is they won't.

Women will be paid slightly less than men regardless.

Edit: I just finished watching that video and that reporter was dense and they shouldn't have had her doing the interview because she couldn't be objective about it. She was too emotional and taking it personal because she was offended by his comments which is unprofessional
