But it is a serious question, particular for men, do you agree with this? Or do you support equal work = equal pay.

of course equal work should always mean equal pay.
if both Adam and Eve worked very hard, both of them should be paid fairly because of their work output, not because of their sex.

Yes, they may deserve it but the reality of the situation is they won't.

Women will be paid slightly less than men regardless.

Edit: I just finished watching that video and that reporter was dense and they shouldn't have had her doing the interview because she couldn't be objective about it. She was too emotional and taking it personal because she was offended by his comments which is unprofessional

I actually feel sorry for the guy having to answer questions from a woman who thinks she can just walk into a job after having kids and get paid more because 'she learnt extra skills at home'

Oh this concept makes me quite infuriated. I am still many steps away from being a feminist, but still. Women are not asking for more--just the same.

I think anyone who thinks that they should not get the paid equal is a sad, pathetic man who got rejected a few too many times. Honestly, if you do not think women are just as capable of men you clearly just have no spent enough time around women, and you only have yourself to blame if women do not want to spend time around you.
