His ranking officer was complicit and should have been charged as an accessory to murder.

Church.

A buzzed, innocent, and crying dude pleading for his life, was murdered by the police.

That's what I was thinking is that the guy who was shouting should have been the one charged almost more than anybody. I can't believe nobody's talking about what he was doing there. He scared the **** out of those people and ultimately got one of them killed.

Exactly. It's like the cops painted the poor guy into a corner where they were justified, under our current stupid laws, to murder him.

Makes me sick.

Man arrested in L.A. in fatal 'swatting' hoax in Wichita, Kan., has been accused of making false threats before - LA Times

While the fake call was unacceptable, the attempt to distance the police from any guilt in this situation is disgusting. If a motherfucker looks like he's reaching for a gun in his waistband, wait until he pulls it out or shoots one of you dumb fully armoured fucks before killing him. It's not like your 15+ crew of armed men aren't gonna gun him down immediately after he tries anything. Maybe if they were willing to occasionally take a bullet to their body armour, we'd actually believe that they were here to protect and serve us.

The whole 'cop feeling they were in "imminent danger" defense' has to be completely reworked.
