The man continually tried to comply to the cop's demands (he was drunk at the time) who almost seemed to be toying with him. Lie down! Hands up! Hands behind your head! Move forward! Don't talk just comply! Why couldn't 4 of the cops keep guns trained while one cop moved forward and handcuffed the dude? Quote:
Oh, and the judge agreed with the defense and would not allow the jury to hear or see anything about the etched "You're f*cked" on the killer's assault style weapon. Inadmissible. Why????? Disgusting in every way.

Just look at this dead-behind-the-eyes motherfucker. He had the words "YOU'RE FUCKED" engraved on the rifle that he used to execute DANIEL SHAVER. And that engraved rifle was APPROVED by his superiors, who are paid by OUR tax dollars. I just can't get over this!!! |

There is a picture with his address going around online, but he recently moved from that location. I hope no one attacks that house as revenge, thinking he still lives there. #DueDilligence

I hope they don't attack the guy at all. Violence never solves anything. They might get a wake up call if they start rioting against the police in Mesa though.

Mesa's pretty conservative so I doubt it. Joe Arpaio was running his bs with a lot of support right down the road in Maricopa.

Let it be known that that kid wasn't the one being abusive and vocally aggressive and ordering the guy to do weird ****. It was his ranking officer that was escalating the situation the whole time. He pulled the trigger under the stress.
