As Frown said, Unarmed doesn't mean innocent. But obviously Cops do bad shit. Nowhere near as much as criminals of course.

Cause that's how they're trained. If you shoot someone in the leg they might still be able to shoot you back. If they're dead there's much less of a chance. Also, a leg is much harder to hit than a chest. The chest is the biggest target on a human body and so it only makes sense to aim for it.

It has to do with control. By whipping people up into a frenzy and believing that cops are going to kill them, the black vote gets secured.
