They're dangerous, random, and strange, but being in viewing distance of them usually just sort of desensitises you to that. I used to go to high school with kids who'd ingeniously try to chase them down in their cars, even.

Not to say it's wrong, just kind of odd to me to hear how people react when they happen in freak areas that aren't used to them.
I imagine storm chasing would be fun... if possibly a bit mental.

Eh, they were just doing it because they were dumbasses. Tornados are known to randomly shift direction, and also can sometimes be much faster than your car. There's not a single point in time where a tornado can't stop, and start chasing after you as fast as it possibly can.

They're really unpredictable, and trying to get near them is moronic. They also say that a car is the most dangerous place... mainly I guess the whole thing can be hurled all at once.

Still, does sound exciting. But in a heroine binge or autoerotic asphyxiation way.

Terence Hill, as recently confirmed during an interview to an Italian TV talk-show, was offered the role but rejected it because he considered it "too violent". Dustin Hoffman and John Travolta declined the role for the same reason. When Al Pacino was considered for the role of John Rambo, he turned it down when his request that Rambo be more of a madman was rejected.
Al Pacino = God
