Awww crapbags the ad is right:

File sharing

We recommend that the definition of file sharing in section 122A(1)
be amended by including reference to downloading or uploading material
using networks or applications that allow material to be shared
Commentary
Copyright (Infringing File Sharing)
Amendment Bill 3
among multiple users. This would avoid inadvertently capturing activities
such as emailing or downloading that did not involve file sharing;
if such activities breached copyright, they would be actionable
under existing provisions in the Copyright Act.

---------------------------------

At the end of the day however, it's up to the owner to notice and report our access to their material. So if we were to watch a TV show on YouTube (I quite like watching Coro) there would have to be some way to track that our ip had accessed that video. That would require accessing the account of the YouTube user. This would then invade the privacy laws. Therefore, it is the owner of the YouTube account that would be accountable for copyright infringement. Based on their own countries law they will most likely get away with it.

I think I'm going to get an ip blocker, where my ip seems to be from another country. Will that be enough? As it is the record companies etc that have to send the notice, the government can't go searching for it themselves.

What do you guys think?

That's very true, this is just the beginning. We tend to lead with controversial changes such as this. I.e. womens right to vote.

We a democratic. Due to the commonwealth, but if apart from that we'd be a dictatorship.

wait what?

I don't remember exactly to be honest all the details of it but wasn't France involved with women's rights to vote and it trickled to other places?

Enlighten me if I'm incorrect.
