I have also been wanting to try this for a while, but I have no piss of an idea where to get it, I've been faced with it a couple of times but I always felt that I should take it in a quiet place, so I end up passing on it.

What's keeping you two apart?

Oh, and why is crack so addictive if it's just coke mixed with baking soda? I've never gotten that.
It's not just "mixed with baking soda". Baking soda is an ingredient that causes a chemical reaction in the cocaine when heated properly, with the resulting substance being freebase cocaine. What's important about that? Well for one, powdered cocaine isn't smokable (at least not efficiently at all), and freebase cocaine is. When you smoke something, it is A LOT more intense than if you insufflate it or take it orally. It also has a far shorter duration. So you can see how crack/freebase has the potential for higher addictive qualities than regular cocaine.

There is a difference between crack and freebase, but it's mainly additive stuff that is put into crack. Crack is basically the impure form of freebase cocaine.

Actually, I've had a pretty wide range of it. It's just not that great of a drug. It does affect different people differently though so maybe you just have a different reaction to it than I do.

Probably so. I've always responded better to uppers rather than downers. For instance, I don't see the appeal of opiates, but I know many people who practically live for them.
Still, though, the physical effects of coke seem (as objectively as I can put it) nowhere near as unremarkable as drinking a bunch of Red Bull. There's a euphoric property to coke that I know Red Bull doesn't have. Coke is less about the energy, and more about the state of mind. The rush is a big part of it, but even the rush can't really be compared to that of a simple Red Bull rush.
I think the most Red Bull I've ever drank was 12 cans, during a night shift of armed transportation guard in Iraq, spanning between about 3 hours, consumption-wise. It wasn't fun. One line of coke, for me, blows that out of the water in terms of rush, euphoria, and just a general sense that everything is [temporarily] amazing.

But yea, the comedown is bad, and just as potent, but in a negative way.

The only thing coke does as far my state of mind goes is make it run and run, but this is exactly what a couple cans of Red Bull does for me as well. If I want a "rush, euphoria, and just a general sense that everything is [temporarily] amazing" I'd go for ecstasy over coke any day of the week. That actually makes me feel those things. Coke just makes me feel speedy. It is funny how different drugs can be for different people though. I have a fiend with really major ADHD and coke actually makes him more mellow.

Haha. That's crazy.

Yea, ecstasy is WAAAAYYY more euphoric and "well-being" like. But there's definitely some euphoria going on in coke. If I'm not mistaken, it's actually part of the description of the drugs effects, in any source... albeit nowhere near the amount of euphoria in some proper ecstasy.
