i just imagined some gay couple and one of the guys havin a uterus where his balls are and now im not hungry for this penne pasta i made lol

not sure how that would work to be honest but i agree its for the distant future and most likely for ppl who are a little wacko

i still think gender matters and the construct of gender or whatever for some reason is always seen as some kind of evil which i find stupid

not only will this help lesbian couples it will also help infertile people. also there is barely any sexual dimorphism between human males and females compared to the rest of the animal kingdom (and we were all female at one point in utero) so really this gender shizz doesn't matter and won't ever matter.

I think that people will always identify with a gender, but it no longer has to be "male" or "female", the spectrum is much broader now, including being agender. The biological sexes will always be male and female, but whether that person identifies with their assigned gender is up to them.

also i got no beef with gays but from the stuff u were sayin, i think anyone gettin involved is a little wacko. sounds like extreme measures to me

hasnt it always been up to an individual to identify however they want? i dunno when i see someone i see them as male, female, or in the case of obvious trans ppl, trans. but maybe the spectrum for self identifying is bigger just by introducing new words into the general vocab

Um, that's what I said. People will always, and have always, identified with a gender. It's up to them to label themselves, not up to other people. Other people are going to see everyone as either male or female unless they know that person well.

The gender binary is a recent thing, and is mostly a western phenomenon as other cultures have been having more than two for literally ever. In ancient Israel even there were multiple (I want to say 7 or 9 but I'm not sure) gender identities.

also I've heard nonstop about different ways of creating sperm from cells so maybe you're underexposed to scientific journalism, but science journalism sucks balls anyways.
