WHY?

Is marriage just about procreation? What happens when someone procreates without getting married? And why is it so damn necessary to go through with this ritual before procreating anyway?

My mom was pregnant with me before she got married. I surely must be an abomination against god.

As far as that goes, not really. I know you think God is a hoax and that Im crazy but in my religion he even loves you..
