trans-gendered people, we've been discussing it for a few pages now.....I think.
We're doing a very small part in discussing it, we're altering/strengthening public opinion which is fairly important if you want to go about changing legislation.

Well I'm sure you'd need a law in place to protect a certain minority from discrimination in the first place otherwise your case wouldn't be very strong.

either way the holidays are over, I'm tired and a little drunk. Merry Christmas and good night.

That's cute. I should just "change back to" my "original gender" like some kinda of weird chameleon and that it's my fault for being a minority. I can see straight through your posts that you don't really care about property rights; just using that argument as a thin veil for your bigoted views.

Do you have someone in mind for this comment?

This FEHA law in California that prohibits employers from firing transgendered employees... What if they're actually shit at their job?

I don't know about California law, but here, whether unionized or not, it's extremely hard to fire an employee. I've worked with abominable co-workers who I've suffered years with until they've quit rather than being fired. From my experience in menial tasks, unions protect lazy people from losing their jobs.

You still haven't answered my question on this comment:

This seems incredibly unfair. I don't see for a start how being transgendered is any excuse for calling someone unemployable.
I don't intend to change my mind on this either. It's not a nice comment, and is backed by no reason whatsoever.

Just stating the facts, personally I could give two ****s about any of this, or you for that matter.

Exactly what have I said that you find bigotry?

And if you don't like her, stop talking to her.
