Do tell, how does one change their employment situation when they are declined opportunities to work in the first place?

I would have to review these lawsuits and the reasons why (if indeed) 'qualified different ethnicities' are kept in the warehouse and/or out of sight.

How about you change yourself back to your original gender? LOL, look if you make yourself unemployable then live with it, nobody 'owes' you the right for employment, become self employed then.
