Exactly, instead of crying about "Poor Me", make a change in the legislature, change your employment scenario, etc. Take responsibility for yourself and stop placing the blame on someone else as to why you're 'oppressed'.

Do tell, how does one change their employment situation when they are declined opportunities to work in the first place?

Is this acceptable, and why?

I would have to review these lawsuits and the reasons why (if indeed) 'qualified different ethnicities' are kept in the warehouse and/or out of sight.

Though if you are asking MY opinion of such practices, I don't condone them.

How about you change yourself back to your original gender? LOL, look if you make yourself unemployable then live with it, nobody 'owes' you the right for employment, become self employed then.

How is gender in any way related to employability?
