I saw a girl peeing in a urinal (standing up) once at a German-American fest in Germany.
It was more intriguing than disgusting, but worthy of mention here. It was a total surprise.





Edit:
And yes, she was a girl. You can tell by the way the girl is hunched over the urinal that there was no penis. I have a penis, so I'd know.
