I realize this might be asking for much, but if it's possible to summarize - what's the main difference between mormon beliefs and those of, say, the typical protestant christian?

Mormons believe that there is another book to the Bible - the book of Mormon. They have a lot of... different ideas when it comes to the basic fundamentals of Christianity as well.

That's almost as much as I know from before. There's a guy called Smith or something from USA who's a prophet and he wrote the book? That stretches the limits of what I think I might know about mormons.
