No, but it is possible to present a topic objectively first, then present your argument rather than present your stance on the matter first -
then the topic.

That's the first line of the first post in this thread, you say you find the idea repulsive before you let us know what the idea is. If you want a discussion and not just people getting angry, that's not the best way to do it.
