Three not two. Three people landed on the moon on that mission. There were also dozens or perhaps hundreds of people at NASA involved in the planning and execution of the landing who were also witnesses.

Michael Collins was in the Columbia (the lem), and Armstrong Aldrin were in the Eagle (the lunar landing module). Michael Collins was to spot were they landed but he couldn't find it, because they over shot the predesignated landing area. I said two since Collins didn't see them.

Yeah, in fact if you listen to the transmissions from when they were heading back to earth in the background you can actually hear Collins asking Aldrin where some McDonald's take-out bags came from. Then you hear Aldrin fumbling over his words for a minute as he tries to lie to Collins and tell him that they've been inside the ship since takeoff.
