best talk shows were like in the mid 90's on like ch 16 or 17 i forget of just some dude in his garage talking bout random stuff came on around 3am tho :P

I'm sure Kimmel's show is unwatchable but something about him says he's a good comic phoning it in. Getting Neil Hamburger to do his thing in the cultural climate of 2003 counts for something
