I don't blame him....he's a politician. He is suppose to be somewhat of a hypocrite. It comes with the territory. He may want to do one thing but then his advisory staff may give him reasons why he shouldn't act on those decisions. He does have the choice to ignore them and do what he wishes but like I said there are other pressing issues that have higher priority. When you are president you can take the short amount of time it takes to reverse said policy.

Definitely can see where you're coming from on that. It's a fine line he's got to tip toe down [President]. If he releases those photos and there are major uproars/riots in Iraq and the troops see a death toll rise in any significant fashion he's going to catch a ton of heat for it. If he doesn't release them he's going to also catch heat for it. So goes the fun in being potus.

In the future when you make these threads, I'd encourage you to use your mod privileges to erase all the posts that are irrelevant to the conversation, the issue gets lost in pissing contests and one-liners.
