Actually I was thinking about playing piano and singing in a prog rock/jazz fusion band in a small gig in New Orleans tbh.

Actually, I was thinking more along the lines of a picket fence. Everyone knows that picked fences spoil after a few days.

Big3 sort of nailed it.

To me the "American Dream" embodies why I am here. My family wanted a fair chance to make the best of themselves and make life better for the next generation they did that passed that perspective on to me and I was able to accomplish the same for my kids who are in the process on one-uping me with their children. The American Dream allows people of all races, ethnicity and heritage to create and pursue their own dream. For most in involves safety and security for the ones they love and a chance to pursue a passion of some sort. To take what they need and give back all they can. It's a lot of mushing sort of stuff I suppose but it's real and it's alive.
