I'm not a pot head. I haven't been one for years. But its all about choice. People have the right to do whatever they like to their own bodies. Period. |

Didn't see this posted.
Schwarzenegger says 'time for debate' on legal marijuana - E-mail Alerts -- Election News - sacbee.com I don't really care. A lot of positives with increased tax revenues and decrease criminal violence, though there are negatives as well.

the whole increased tax revenues thing will only last for a short period of time.....they would have to sell that **** for such a low price in order for it to be taxed and then be able to push out street dealers. Also, the amount of growers will most likely increase their will be so many ways around not having to pay taxes on it. Most people will start growing on their own.

There's ways around every tax, it's how well they choose to enforce it that will matter. To say it will only last for a short period of time is foolish and not really understanding of the economics around it at all.

it wont be legalized anyway so it doesnt matter, should it be legalized in my opinion yes, but it would have the same restrictions and rules as alcohol does.
