You can get all sorts of glowing animals these days, actually, so you could probably get a cat or a rat if you prefer :p

To stay on topic, the virus is speculated to have reached Norway. Some sick tourists who just came back from Mexico have been placed in quarantine I believe We'll see how it goes.

The black plague killed like off like 3/4ths of the norwegian population after it reached the town Bergen on the west coast by boat in 1349. I don't think the swine flu will be as bad as that.

With the media hype around it, of course they are.

I do hate how the media hypes these things yet don't actually give enough coverage of it now that you know about it.

CNN talk about it, but I tune in to FoxNews and they're doing some story about a dog taking a sh*t.

People are desperate to learn everything there is to know about this thing, CNN as biased as they may be are at least covering it, FoxNews is covering dog sh*t. And when they do cover the swine flu, it's usually spun into something to make people even more period.

Tonight on Fox, will the swine flu mean MORE Mexicans will immigrate to the united states illegally? Plus. What Christian churces are doing to help.

It always has to go back to immigration and Christians with those assh*les.

I really couldn't give two shakes of a rat's hairy ass, as a person who "survived" the whole SARS fiasco I take this with a grain of salt. I'm going anyway cuz I've waited 7 months for this much needed vacation and I've done my research and the closest confirmed case is 800 Miles away from where I'm headed.

Worse case scenario is that I thin the herd a little and the Rolling Stones and AC/DC play another concert in the area

I'm a glass half full person
