The last I heard, the swine flu is no more dangerous than the regular kind, so it's shock value is gone here in Norway.

The worst case scenario is 1700 cases in the US.
Think about what that means for other smaller countries. 1700 cases is nothing. It could be much worse. While I admit that it's a horrible flu going around, it's treatable if you catch it at the beginning. Most of the deaths so far (in Mexico) have been from waiting for lab results before acting. Don't panic too much. The best way to fight this flu is to wash/sanitize your hands many, many times a day. Keep clean, and your likely to be ok. Vitamin C daily isn't a bad idea either. |
