They didn't have feathers though so I'd say they were pretty unrealistic.
i watched jaws a few years ago. found it pretty boring. i think i was drinking at the time but still... usually good movies still seem good when i'm drunk. even better actually.

I can't say that I have anywhere near the love that Exo has for it, but it's still a great and fun flick. It's worth another watch but I guess it's not for everybody.

Jaws seriously freaked the public out after it's initial release. It came out in 1975 just as schools were letting out for the summer. All the major beaches along the New England coastline reported a pretty big drop off in tourists that year.

I didn't. That's seriously impressive. I could have watched a whole movie of those three messing around on the boat. Shark or no shark.

maybe one day. i think there are a ton of other movies i'd watch before i resort to watching jaws again.

honestly though the main reason i prefer jurassic park is because it caters to my dinosaur obsession. there was plenty of dino action in that film. where as jaws was just some shark that barely appears in the movie from what i remember.

Spielberg only signed on to do the film if the studio agreed to not show the shark until the movie was at least half over. He wanted to go for a Hitchcock Psycho approach.

Let the suspense build and build before letting go of the reveal.
