I think they should be teaching kids how to have safe sex, instead of no sex at all, sex is perefectly natural and normal, it is actually healthy for you. I dont think a 12 year old should be running around having sex be you get my point. I believe the more you tell a kid they cant, the more they want to do it, especially at that age when their peers have a big influence on choices they make.
