Just my personal view on disciplining not only yourself but your kids!

When I was younger growing up my parents physically disciplined me when I got out of line.

I hated them for it!

In time over the years I found I'm a better person for it.

I rarely drink alcohol.

I only took dangerous drugs one period in my life.

I hardly even know what a cigerrettte is to this day!!!

I've abstained and waited to have a kid with someone I love.

I have a good head on my shoulders.

Now I believe in disciplining is a good thing but when you take out your hard days work on your kids and say its discipline then we've all crossed the line.
