Roland Emmerich is making a movie about this.
A man who specializes in stupid doomsday films with a great contempt for logic, making a film based on a stupid doomsday theory hatched by religious kooks that defy logic. Sounds like a perfect pair. |

No it's coming out this year.
That gives Roland just enough time to make 2 or more sh*tty movies before we all die. |

Really? I must have dreamt it or something then.
Anyway, the point is this theory reeks of more bullshit than Y2K, which ironically was backed up by some semi-plausible evidence. The fact that the people who believe in it can't decide between themselves what's gonna happen just shows it all up to be as paper-thin as it is. |

You seem to be pretty aggressive on this topic, did a Mayan reject your advances or something?

I think Boo is questioning the veracity of the proposition that the Mayans predicted the end of the world as we know it by 21.12.12 (or 12/21/12 for those living abroad) because they, the conspiracy theorist who set forth that proposition, fail to release the Mayans failure to predict the near future which is their own end, their own downfall, so how could they predict what would happen in the distant future for them, which btw is the near future for us. capisci

I'm sure it is.. I actually just finished playing Robert Kyosaki's virtual game " Rat Race" It gives you a lot of insight where certain people will end up due to their own decisions, lack of judgement and failure to prepare..
2012 don't gotta be real.. But i'm a 27 year old brother from Brooklyn that created a way for my family to eat without exchanging currency.. If it ain't real it definitely set me on the path to self containment. |
