So McCain has stated he probably wouldn't endorsed Sarah Palin in 2012 twice now. I find this hilarious, he won't endorse the woman he picked as second in command for her Presidential Candidacy. Country first my ass.

It's a long ways off but I recently saw this and was completely surprised that anyone would want Petraeus running...Anyway, if the GOP puts Sarah Palin forward as their nominee it will be Goldwater all over again except dare I say it, even more clueless and stupid. The Republicans are completely out of touch with reality (just judging by this list.) They need to stop blowing Reagan, they need to stop swearing by the Bush doctrine and they need to shoot Karl Rove. I was hoping Bush 43's disaster of a presidency would make them realize they need to do something different, like start living in this century, but apparently not. This has happened in history before (rather recently) only it happened with the democrats when they lost by running McGovern, who was too far to the left for a moderate nation and showed a grip on reality (well the country) similar to Lyndon B. Johnson (none whatsoever!) The only reason Carter won was because (funnily enough similar reasons Bush one) of the "morality" thing after Watergate. I was really expecting after McCain's comically bad campaign they'd realize there's a reason Democrats always get put in office during messes but apparently not. They need a serious gut check, as if a black man winning the old confederate capitol wasn't enough of one. |
