^I know it was a long time ago that I posted it, but I brought it up again because on this page, you mentioned late term abortion and how awful it was that obama "flip flopped" on the issue. I thought I would clear it up once again, and as you brought up the issue just a few posts ago, no, i dont think Im late at all.
(and thank you, I thought the avatar was quite good)

As for J x 3, I want you to understand that since I wrote a novella refuting the positions against Obama, and like every other masterwork I write for this place it was largely ignored, I'll no longer be attempting to intelligently discuss things. Those who attempted to dissuade folks from voting for him here have discredited themselves. You're lucky I'm not posting fictitious screen shots of social networking programs mocking candidates like sweet nothing. Me putting up TaxCutFacts.org is playing nicely.

All i was trying to say was that if someone thinks life might begin at conception, it is horrifying that they would vote to allow late term Partial-Birth abortions, when they KNOW that baby is alive and kicking ~ regardless of whether it's attached to something else, or not. Since teenagers seem to be able to cross state lines at will for abortion, i imagine a doctor, with a patient in the dire straits suggested, could make arrangements for a patient to go to another state for that. (Yes, i realize that scenario is ridiculous, but it's also true.) Also, he was also a Christian for what? 20 years? How many Christian people do you know that believe abortion is 'right?' It's just mystifying to me, was all. ps. It's too cool ~ i saw it, when i was getting my Pot poster pix, and thought of you, INSTANTLY! lol uhh, in a GOOD way! j/k i'm just jerking your chain, Big. i did read your novella, but it was in the middle of a discussion about something else, so i've sort of put it on the back burner until we get there. Sorry about that ~ you DID spend a lot of time and effort, and i DO appreciate it, even if i don't agree. Please don't quit/give-up, guy. |

i'm not running for public office, having to prove to folks how i've stood by my ethics and morals over the years. ********* And i am NOT 'for' abortion ~ i would never have one, even if i became pregnant, regardless of how. (Oh, Lord, please don't let those be Famous Last Words...) What i AM for is self-defense (the fetus is killing the mother) and mercy (a raped child/woman), and IN EVERY CASE, i believe it should be a private decision. It IS murder, and it WILL hang over the person's head (karma/God/etc). But i can't make the decisions for someone else. THEY have to come to grips with their situation, and make their own decisions. i just don't want it out there, like it's just another 'garbage dump,' and nothing is thought of periodic visits to 'drop off the trash.' |

I'm not going to explain that again, and I hope that this time you actually listen.

Highly doubtful, since y'all never realized that i understood everything you said. It was you that was misunderstanding me. Hey, but w/e.
Okay, we're going to have to revisit the Abortion issue, since it would appear that Obama is, INDEED, flip-flopping on it. http://www.rhrealitycheck.org/blog/2...is-obamas-trut h-late-term-abortion Quote:

And, now that he's changed his mind about the income level that denotes 'the rich,' the Taxes issues will need to be revisited ~ the cut-off went from $250K to $150K, so all those nice tax cuts? Don't think y'all are going to see them...
