So kill 'em all, right?
That's not cruel and unusual.

Not like they are with Troy Davis.

Then again, I condone abortion.

How is someone going to condone the death penalty but not abortion?
Isn't that ultimate hypocrisy?
We ALL have to sort of come to grips with those things, you know? THAT's who we are.

You're still deciding, and there's nothing wrong with that!

And, yes, VERY RARELY and only with CONCRETE proof.

But prisoners aren't locked in a cage. They get "recess", earned priviledges, a bed, and people to be social with. It isn't like they're forced into a position where there is absolutely nothing to do.

I'm not "still deciding."
Let me ask you a question: Do you support the execution of Troy Davis?

Have you ever visited Death Row???

They get like ONE HOUR outside their completely isolated cells, to take in some rays while the rest of the general population is ELSEWHERE. They only speak to guards (and i can only imagine those 'conversations'), clergyfolks, and maybe people at the health clinic once in a while.

i'm not real sure who else can visit them, but i can guarantee you it isn't a very long list.

That's death row which is kind of different from prison, it ends in an execution.

i honestly don't know. i don't watch news...

But if there is a snowball's chance in hell of him NOT being guilty, by reason of EVIDENCE,

HECK NO i wouldn't support it!

Good thing death row wouldn't exist without the death penalty.

Actually...

Some of the prisoners are put into what's called Ad Seg (Administrative Segregation) for various things, and that would be where lifers would probably be put, so either way, they will live their lives in a cage.
