If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

Well, yeah, there's always THAT...

but if he had left it all up to the individual States, and the Lobbyists, and the people, they would not have done the right thing.

(Sort of like that other scummy dude from Texas, eh?)

Ultimately, someONE has to make a decision. Do the ends justify the means? Only if the ends were justifiable in the first place.

Military people know a level of discipline that you and i will probably never experience (unless you're planning to get into the next Olympics, that is). That same level of discipline is demanded of our President, because he has to pay attention to EVERYTHING that EVERYONE under him is doing. (Read some Clancy, Robert Ludlum, John le Carre ~ like that ~ it'll give you the feeling of 'being there,' for real.)

Luckily for us, it doesn't just boil down to one (wo)man's decision, but the people that we're trusting to Know? Yeah, they need to be folks we can trust.
