I dont know. I think was a great man who did great things. He lived a life of good which is what God wants. I think when gandhi died God gave him a chance accept christ as his savior because he lived a worthy life but i dont know for sure of course, but it does say those who reject me will burn in the pits of hell. God is a loving merciful God who wants us to return to him so im not sure on that one to be honest

“To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible" this is from thomas aquinas. Faith is not something that will ever be scientifically or logically proven. When you know its true it comes from your heart. The bibles says you will feel "peace beyond all understanding" which is exactly how i feel so if youre trying to prove or disprove it through facts, logic, or data, i think youre wasting youre time, no offense.

^ But if you're trying to "prove" it through a feeling, you're wasting your time also.
Sometimes people get the "feeling" that the Government is tapping their phone line or that they've been abducted by aliens. Doesn't make it true. |

I find this to be a fairly interesting topic to say the least. I'll say straight off the bat...I don't believe in any superior being or anything, but I have no problem if you do. There are people out there who will smite at you just for expressing your religion. And I think it's perfectly find as long as it's not pushing a religion onto another person who doesn't want it.
My reasoning for not believing anything is simple. I find it hard to believe that there is somebody up their watching me and punishing me for my sins, and I say that because...almost everything humans do is a sin. So, it's nearly impossible to not be a sinner unless you spend your whole life trapped in a basement and wasting your life doing nothing. Even that will naturally bring urges to become a 'sinner'. I know there is the whole thing where you can go to a 'father' and ask for forgiveness for your sins. But if I were to be doing that, i'd have to go ask for forgiveness every other week. It's just an interesting thing to think about sometimes if there really is somebody looking down at me. Im sure in time there will be something that will lead me to believe that there is someone or something. But for now, im perfectly fine believing what I believe. |

Ask a hurricane it's motive, and when you don't get an answer, you'll know why I see no purpose in believing all things are dictated by a singular thinking force.
Most creationists say it's the force's mind produces motives beyond what humans could ever understand. However, why circumvent the fact nature itself works in ways beyond what a human mind could ever understand without being a force capable of communicating with humanity, or contain human-like decision making processes. |

"He works in ways you don't understand" is not an argument. That is the problem. One cannot say, "Try to argue that you can argue at all!" and expect there to be any argument.
The sentence should actually be "can't" instead of "don't." If it is "don't" then one is required to enlighten those of us who don't know. |
