Your statement "Love is a lack," isn't true. The archetype of love is God, all acts of love is an imitation of God God is infinite and lacks nothing that is good and since God is Love and God is not a lack, so Love is not a Lack.

Well if we look at it that everything has yin and yang stand point:
If there is nothingness, there has to be matter to equal it out. If there is a God (which we assume that is "good" though good and bad are nothing more than what humanity defines acts as), there must be an opposite force that is equal to God's power. So knowing this, we can't be sure which is the right deity, if there are any at all since we are just assuming here that there is one, to actually worship. Maybe one uses people's good intentions to give it nourishment and thus gives people bad feelings to feed the other deity that lives off of bad intentions but lives off good feelings. But that's just me rambling.... What were we talking about? Cheese? I like cheese... |

In my experience it's the reverse that is most often the case, by far. A lot of religious people seem to get very bent out of shape at the very thought that someone could believe in "nothing". That's why no one who's an acknowledged atheist could win a presidential election in the US.
