Indecision 2008 -what do you think?????
Well since the time is nearing, and i know everyone is talking about this at work, school, home, and everywhere else that they go; I figured i would go ahead and ask here on Music Banter.
I only list the Major Parties candidates because they are the only two that will most likely win. If you do not feel like answering, well...don't. There is no gun to your head or dangerous outcome if you do not, i am just curious as to how everyone here thinks. Also, if you do chose to respond/vote please give a brief (or long if you please) explanation as to why you chose respectively. ------------------------------------------------------- Personally I am voting Obama. Why you ask? Well mainly because just like the rest of the nation I grow tired and weary of our good old President Bush. What does that matter you then ask? Well because McCain will almost certainly be another four years of G.W.B. Anyone disagreeing or feeling the need to add anything feel free. |
obama... simply because hes black

I always go home and talk with my dad about politics. He's a life long republican and we have alot of opposing views. last weekend he told me he is going to vote for Obama and it blew my mind. The republicans didn't stand a chance to begin with, but they choose somebody that is hated within their party, I love it. And I also love how Bush will go down in history as a clown... he deserves worse but at least he will be remembered as one of the worst presidents ever. McCain will not even get near the guy

I'm a Nader man all the way. If he's not on the ballot here in PA, I'll hold my nose and vote for Obama...but I'll probably feel sick the next day.

Nader is pretty cool for challenging the 2 party system over and over alone. Wow and he is three years older than McCain.

Another candidate that i wish would have made it was Ron Paul. He was laughed off by the republican party, but seemed to have better ideals and programs than they did. |

I can't say that I agree with many of Paul's ideas, but I would still vote for him over either of the two major-party candidates. I don't trust Obama, and McCain is downright scary. |

It just strikes me funny when you turn on the TV and constantly see stars talking about "black pride, black culture, black personality, black style" yet never mentioning that you dont have to be any of those to be black. I have to go to work but will continue this later. |
