You agnostics are terrible at being facetious. I think the goal is to say something funny.

But hey, I'm not, so I could be completely off-base.

i didn't.

i got into this discussion because i plan to vote for McCain, and no one else was saying anything about him.

i am pretty moderate. That said, i'm also a Christian, and unbelievably enough, i actually use my Christian beliefs in all my dealings with life. If that makes me a 'Bible Thumper,' well, then, i'm sorry i 'trolled' y'all. i just didn't see the rule that said i had to keep my religious beliefs completely hidden from everyone ~ if i had, i would have cruised on through.
In my opinion people should be using there common sence rather than religion in life.

Can I just hear your viewpoints then?

I you are...
1. Against any abortion whatsoever
2. believing creationism over evolution, that we should use religious ideas of creationism that cannot be proven in a science class to keep the door open even though the chance it is true is 0%.
3. Believe that separation of church doesn't mean that much because the founding fathers were devout Christians? I am looking back and am I interpreting this correctly? Really?

Are you against *** marriage? Are you against birth control?

And, NO, i don't believe it should be the only thing taught ~ folks have different ideas, and each person gets to choose what they believe. THAT's freedom ~ not hiding something because you don't agree with it.
Creationism is religion. Evolution is science. If taxes are used to pay for a class it can't have religion in it. Private schools are different. I've been over this and am just repeating myself at this point.

i'm sorry, because the things i said about the founding fathers were not meant to read the way you saw them. What i was trying to do was to say that our entire country was established on a foundation of Christian beliefs, ethics and morality. In other words, that's where the their heads were at when they wrote up all this stuff.
Deists aren't Christians and it would be dumb of you to believe that deists had Christian moralit, beliefs, and ethics. Christianity was not part of the foundation of America.

Yes, i am against g.a.y. marriage, for religious and secular reasons, and i just don't think i could handle trying to explain them to y'all, right now, if that's okay?
What are those secular reasons? I am curious as to how you can justify denying someone rights while granting another group of people the same rights you're denying the other group from a secular stance.

who are you to determine what is "natural" for a group of people that you know little to nothing about? there is no such thing as "natural", there is no iron law of normality in the universe. ancient greeks, the precursors of Christianity, were notorious bisexuals and they seemed to have a pretty sweet civilization going on. homosexuality is a huge, usually unrecognized part of history.

Did you really just compare homosexuality to beastality?
