Are you two retarded? It's a FINE not a reward! It's levied on people - or it's supposed to be - who abuse the system by trying to get their dental work done for free, as in, on the National Health. How is that "paying for your dentistry"?

I'm not pissed. I just don't understand how you think a fine is rewarding someone? Anyway, the National Health only applies if you qualify (OAP, disabled, out of work etc) which is kind of the point. I have no idea how much dental procedures cost, as I cannot enter a dentist's surgeon without bursting into flame. So I stay away.

I haven't been to a dentist since I was a small child. I honestly don't even know how I still have all my teeth in my head and I kind of doubt that I still will when I'm 40. I'm legit thinking of asking for a dental visit for Christmas no lie and the sheer fact that I can even ask for that is kind of a miracle for one such as I.
