*correction: 13, 12 kids and 1 adult, plus the 2 shooters.

For some reason, it has become a fairly regular way for Americans to express themselves. Maybe America is ****.

I’m just wondering outloud trying to figure out if there might be anyway to prevent this in the future. This might seem like a stupid question, I’m not sure, but... can people without guns shoot people?
