I don't think they can prosecute with the statue of limitations clause, and anyway, I think the age of consent in Alabama is something like eight.

Alabama has no statute of limitations on the sexual assault of people younger than 16.

He was driving fast but haven't these ****ing kids ever heard of either a) waiting till the goddam bus has moved off before crossing the road or b) stopping and ****ing checking before crossing? Guarantee some of them were looking at their ****ing phones while crossing. The one that was nearly a smear on the truck driver's grille doesn't even seem to realise what has happened. Fair play too to the other driver, who could have just froze and done nothing. Fast reflexes on both sides.

Have you ever met a child? They're not very intelligent, you see. This is why we have a ****load of safeguards to make sure that the little mother****ers don't get killed.

I just want to see Roy Moore's political career destroyed. Dude's been a trainwreck in regards to the constitution for years.

Depends on what age they are. From the time you're in school you're taught to look, listen, wait. Basic Green Cross Code, man. I agree the truck driver should have slowed down, but he was on the other side of the road.

Also, if Batty was in power you can guarantee that his road safety code would be "Close your eyes and run like ****, kids! It's FUN!"

Our curricula is repetitive ad nauseum because we can't smack simple ideas like don't die into those dumb bastards' brains. That kind of faith is naive. Plus those kids look about kindergarten aged.

Best to get them killed while they're young, yes?
