Hey, I got some well off grandparents. Even if they tell me to **** off I can still ask. Won't make my teeth any worse. At least it's a couple molars that aren't doing so well I guess. If it was an incisor I'd cry like a bitch.

Yeah seriously it's the fact that most people who aren't at least middle class ever have to go in for dental exams until they tie their tooth to a doorknob and still don't go to the dentist that it's not a thing that people care about. I guess the middle class simply don't think that a simple missing tooth can be a significant divider between class. Or they enjoy it. Not sure when I stopped thinking of myself as middle class tbh but apparently it happened when I wasn't paying attention.

I mean it's not even necessarily a lower vs. middle class thing. I'm sure the lower class looks at lower class people with missing teeth and puts them in a class even lower than them. I know I do. Missing teeth people are basically the scum of America and will never do anything but flip burgers or fix cars if they're lucky.
