Early reporting is always shoddy and I don't trust your sources since I don't see those dates when I directly search those articles.

Not every lead is accurate. In a situation like that it would be stupid not to investigate every possible avenue, which is what that depicts.

I wonder about the context of that post, could it have been the shooter himself? However, people make cheap warnings every day. One of them has to connect. It's not solid evidence at all.

I'm not laughing with you. Imagine if the police put forward evidence this weak? You'd have a fit.
