Haha! I haven't watched that in a while. I think I'm going to need to seek that episode out.

True, I wish NY would just work on that simple issue of public urinals but noooo they rather work on getting wifi on the subway while I'm dipping into whatever side alley I can find which isn't easy just to take a leak and hope that a cop doesn't see me. The first time a cop stops me for that I'm just going to claim I have a weak bladder or some kind of medical condition.

Just throw your Skittles at him and run.

Let her go with a warning? Why? Cops are so quick to fine people in NYC for public urination. Mostly guys and they don't even have public urinals like in that country. So I can understand why they would still follow through. You have public urinals and you still won't use them you lucky fuck. We have to dip into stores to use their bathrooms and they usually want you to buy something before you can use the bathroom.

Cos she hardly ****ing killed anyone did she? Cops let people off with this all the time. And as the article said, the ratio of women's to men's public restrooms there is totally out of whack. What the **** harm does it do? It's not as if she's going to become a serial pisser is it? She got caught short once, probably embarrassed the hell out of her, and they have to made a federal case of it? Aren't their courts busy enough that they have to deal with (pun not intended) **** like this? Bollox.

I should have thought of that defense when I got arrested for embezzlement.

Exactly, she didn't kill anyone so she isn't going to prison. It's just a fine. The same type of fine that men here get all the time without even having the luxury of public urinals. They judge even said she could have used a men's one instead of pissing out in the open. The reason for even having public urinals is so that people don't piss out in public areas and actually use them.

It's only fine, if it was a federal case she would be facing hard time behind bars but it's not.

Public urination is a fine and people get that fine all the time. Big deal. She just needs to pay up!

I don't know if you are a facebook user or not much. They have a page that I liked and they will show clips from the show and the interview portion. That's where I have been seeing them lately.

Court ruling not needed to withdraw care, judge says - BBC News

It's about ****ing time! These cases have to be hard enough on their own without getting some judge involved and having to fight the case in court. #21stCenturyDignity
