Awesome contribution Neo. 5 stars.

The Democratic Party is an absolute shambles from top to bottom.

It's all in shambles, don't deny it.

Trump got you thinking the Dems are your friend. They not.

Clinton has been part of the political machine in one way or another for 28 years (don't bother with your typically jaded "and that's the problem" cliched comeback).

8 years as first lady to a Governor.
8 years as first lady to a President and the first to have an office in the west wing. She was totally hands on the whole time.
What do you think Bill and Hillary's pillow talk was all about those 16 years?

Then 8 years as a US senator working alongside many of the members who are still serving - on both sides of the aisle.

Then 4 years as Secretary of State - traveling the world on behalf of Obama trying to right GWBs wrongs and rubbing elbows with the globe's top people of power.

28 years experience of knowing how things work. How things get gridlocked, and what compromises need to be made, and whose backs need to be scratched in order to get the big picture policy changes through.

At his very core Bernie is a good guy. His ideolgies align with mine in almost every way. But in order to get some spotlight time he had to go out on a limb and toss out some ideas that fired up his base, but wouldn't have stood a chance of getting through the House and Senate.

Fox Henhouse. It's really that simple.

So assuming that Clinton would have run into the same gridlock that Sanders would have, and Trump currently is, is completely naive.

Clinton Hate 101 Mr. Frown.

Yes yes everyone would have loved Hillary and it would be all roses for her if she won you have truly opened my eyes by repeating the same point (that she is part of the establishment) for the 300th time. I really get it now. You sir, are a smart man.

The alt-right is big on white nationalism (a fancy word for racism). Of course as the Tea Party fizzled a lot of members gravitated over to the much more popular and powerful alt-right movement.

What's so hard to understand?

Two entirely different movements with similar motivations.

I didn't say everyone would love Hillary. I said she was the least full dumpster and was the most experienced at how Washinton works. When Obama nominated Clinton for Secretary of State she was confirmed by the senate with a 95-2 vote.

You mentioned earlier that Democrats always get more votes in elections because of California and New York. Well if that's the case, how come it's only happened 4 times where a president lost the popular vote? And only 2 times since 1889.

Bush-Gore: Gore won the PV by 544K votes
Trump-Clinton: Clinton won the PV by 2,868K votes (over a 5X larger margin)

Re: Obama

In his first 100 days in office he got an economic stimulus package, the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act, and the Affordable Care Act all passed by Congress - even after the GOP held a secret meeting (the day that Obama took office) where McConnell stated their only goal was to make sure Obama would be a one term president.

Frownland 08-26-2017 10:12 AM

And Bernie is just a ten year old ****ing around in a sandbox I get you.
