Ooops! Sorry Benny!

Among the MPs who also resigned, were any of them guilty for the same offenses, i.e. participating in those big covid parties? I'm only asking because I can't stand that virtue signaling nonsense.

I know man but you need to enjoy any wins you can get in these times. Also regardless of outcome it's just satisfying to see Boris Johnson humiliated

Worzel Gummidge, well loved scarecrow character from children's TV back when I were a lad.

Always interesting to get an outsider's perspective of your own country !

Strictly speaking, we've already had a Prime Minister who earned the nickname Worzel Gummidge. Remember good old Michael Foot? He was a respected figure on both sides of the political spectrum, being the published author of various books about HG Wells, Lord Byron and others:-

Sadly, as PM, he proved to be a bumbling figure of fun, out of his depth in the modern cut-and-thrust of politics.

Anyway, unless there's a better nickname, I'm happy to go with BoJo The Clown for the (for the moment) present incumbent.

Lisna, you should do a journal on Prime Ministers. I've always been curious about British history.

Yeah I think you meant MP rather than PM Lisna: Foot led Labour in opposition, taking them to their lowest seat share in the House in history or something. He was never at number 10.

Yeah, I checked him out. He was the Labour leader during Margaret Thatcher's reign. You need to brush up on your history, Lis.
