Well, whether it was the original owners or not you’d need some serious connections to avoid all sorts of perils from law enforcement and criminals.

yeah I mean I do know people who sell/could sell coke by the ounce... But no telling how long it would take to chip away at that kinda weight

Russia aren't much of a threat tbh, but China has apartment complexes full of teens and young 20-somethings who are paid by the government to sit there on their devices all day and go after the U.S. It wouldn't surprise me if we've been compromised for well over a decade now.
