And honestly do you know anything about how our jails work?

You're supposed to march to your death like a good boy. Once the poor fully behaves in an angelic way, maybe then we'll see about this whole liberal "humane treatment" nonsense. Until then they clearly cannot be trusted enough to handle being treated with decency.

Not really. Let me nuance this. If your main objective is merely a primitive urge to stay alive, then resisting police in any way as a black American is not a sensible thing to do. I don't think anyone here disagrees. However, the fact that things are this way is horrible. And from a civil rights point of view, considering how horribly black people are treated by police and law, resisting police is understandable and may be the sensible option

Complying with the police would be sensible if police were trustworthy but they got prison quotas to fill, yo, and the prisons don't want to be taxed by the state for being too empty.
