This is properly one for the Christmas season. Just tried to stick a few pennies in and the website is experiencing too much traffic. She's gonna raise a shitload.

the only way this story could be made better is if it turned out the homeless guy was one of those con artists that actually lives in a condo but just chooses to dress up in scruffy clothes and beg for a living.
