It's just gonna say "BLACK LIVES MATTER" in black paint instead of yellow now. Did they think that black paint is just gonna look like asphalt?

I am generally strongly against the use of facial recognition technology. The surveillance state has too much power already. I don't care if it theoretically would make it easier to catch dangerous criminals, the risks of abuse highly outeweigh the benefits.
